Sterling started out as a small family based company specialising, solely, on groundworks in 1985. Some 35 years later, it has grown into a multi-disciplined, multi-million-pound construction company that is still owned and operated, by the same family, today.
Sterling has grown to the point where we now support and provide some major blue-chip clients with services ranging from groundworks to general building and electrical works, mostly with our own in house directly employed workforce. Sterling also provides a full FM service including PPM and reactive maintenance, nationally.
The company is divided into three core divisions which each division managed by its own dedicated head/director.
Those divisions are:
* Projects: All works up to £2m in size as a principal contractor/main contractor
* Electrical: All works up to £350,000 in size as principal contractor and up to COMPEX levels.
* Maintenance: All works up to £25,000 in size with national PPM and reactive coverage.
